2015-16 Highlights: Started all 33 games and led team in points (20.2 ppg.), rebounds (8.4 rpg.) and assists (3.5 apg.)...named NABC All-American, Division II Bulletin Newsletter Honorable Mention All-American, NABC All-Midwest District First Team,  D2CCA All-Midwest Region First Team and All-GLVC First Team...earned GLVC Tournament MVP honors after averaging 18.5 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.0 assists in four Lewis Flyer victories...broke Lewis single-game scoring record with 52 points, including 12-for-14 from three-point range in a 99-95 win over Northwood (Nov. 24)...named USBWA National Player of the Week and GLVC Player of the Week for his efforts...broke Lewis single-season scoring record with 666 points and broke the 1,000-point barrier in just his second season...broke Lewis single-season record for free throws made (167)r...finished season ranked in Lewis' Top Ten in several categories including rebounds (287; 3rd), scoring average (20.2 ppg.; 5th), FG made (216; 7th) and 3PT FG made (67; t-9th)...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...named to CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team...scored 33 points on 13-for-23 shooting, while notching 12 rebounds, four assists and four steals in an 83-67 win over Olivet Nazarene (Dec. 9th) to earn GLVC Player of the Week accolades for the period ending December 13th.

2014-15 Highlights: Started in all 31 games as a true freshman...awarded GLVC Freshman of the Year...named All-GLVC Second Team...led the Flyers in field goals with 146 (.521), three-pointers with 45 (.352), and steals with 48...ranked second for the Flyers in three categories: points with 412, averaging 13.3 per game, blocks with 24 and rebounds with 163...had two double-doubles on the season...scored double-digit points in 25 games, scoring more than 20 points in five games...set a season-high of 24 points twice...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence...named Academic All-GLVC.

Prep/Personal: Three-year varsity letterwinner for Stagg in both basketball and baseball...averaged 19 points and nine rebounds-per-game as a senior on his way to IBCA All-State Third Team, All-Southwest Suburban Conference, Regional Reporter Player of the Year and Southtown/Star All-Area accolades...was named the John McBride Thanksgiving Tournament MVP and was selected to the All-York Holiday Tournament team...as a junior, averaged 14 points and six rebounds-per-game to claim All-Southwest Suburban Conference and Regional Reporter All-Area team honors...named to both the John McBride Thanksgiving and Hinsdale South All-Tournament teams...named to the Regional Reporter All-Area Second Team after averaging eight points as a sophomore...competed for the Windy City Magic...brother Marty played for the Flyers from 2008-12...son of John an Debbie Strus...major is undecided.
