2016-17 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award – given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence... competed in nine meets... finished third in the 50 yard freestyle (25.41) against GVSU (Oct. 21)... finished second in both the 50 yard free (25.65) and the 200 yard free (2:13.25) against Valparaiso (Jan. 21)... recorded a personal-best in the 50 yard freestyle (24.35) at the House of Champions Invitational (Nov. 18)... recorded a personal-best in the 100 yard back stroke (57.93) at the GLVC Championships (Feb. 8-11).
2015-16 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award – given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team…set school records in the 200 freestyle relay (1:36.39) and 400 freestyle relay (3:30.38) at the IUPUI House of Champoins (Nov. 20)…helped squad to a relay win in the 200 medley vs. William Jewell with a time of 1:51.14 (Oct. 23).
2014-15 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...touched the wall second in the 50 Free (29.09), third in the 200 Free (2:20.29) and fourth in the 50 Back (31.80) at William Jewell (Dec. 17-18).
2013-14 Highlights: Set the school record for the 200 medley relay (1:42.93) against Valparaiso (
Nov. 9)…set the school record for the 400 medley relay (3:53.98) at House of Champions meet (
Nov. 22)…set the school record for the 400 freestyle relay (3:31.46) and 800 freestyle relay (7:36.62) at the GLVC Championships (
Feb. 12-15)…captured a first place finish in the 400 freestyle relay (3:37.85) in a dual meet with Olivet Nazarene and Maryville (Jan. 18)… finished 11th in the 200 backstroke (2:06.85) at the GLVC Championships (Feb. 12-15).
Prep/personal: Kamper is a four-time IHSA State Championships qualifier for Sandburg High, including a ninth-place finish with the 400-yard freestyle relay team as a senior...helped the Eagles to four Southwest Suburban Conference Championships as well as four Sectional titles...named a
CollegeSwimming.com Top-50 recruit in Illinois, also swam 10 years with the Hickory Willow Swim Association where she qualified for Junior Nationals four different times...daughter of Lynda and Vincent Kamper...major undecided.
