2016 Hightlights: Named to Academic All-GLVC Team... competed in five races... placed second overall in the National Catholic Invitational with 25:21.5 (Sep. 16)... finished in the top five of the Conference Crossover with 24:44.74 (Oct. 8)... placed third overall in the GLVC Championships running a career-best 8K time of 24:35.39 (Oct. 22)...ran a career-best 10K time of 30:49.23 in the NCAA Midwest Regional enough for a top ten finish... ran in the NCAA DII Cross Country Championships finishing 33rd overall and earning All-American honors (Nov. 19)... received GLVC Runner of the Week award (Oct. 11).

2015 Highlights: Used season as redshirt campaign and will retain two years of eligibility.

2014 Highlights: Competed in six races...named to All-GLVC team after capturing a 13^th place finish (25:27.97) at the 8K GLVC Championships (Nov. 8)…claimed a career-best 8K time of 25:15 to finish 31st overall at the 8K UW-Oshkosh AAE Invitational (Oct. 18)...was 28^th out of 356 runners at the 8K Greater Louisville Classic (Oct. 4) with a time of 25:30.94...collected a career-best 10K time of 32:01.2 to finish 35th at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (Nov. 22).

2013 Highlights: Participated in six races, including a seventh-place finish of 20:40 at the 4-mile Bradley Intercollegiate (Sept. 6), helping the Flyers win the team title...was Lewis' No. 5 runner at the 8K Illinois Intercollegate (Sept. 13) with a time of 25:59.7...turned in Lewis' fourth-fastest time of 26:20.3 at the 8K Lucian Rosa Invitational (Oct. 12)...selected as a Br. David Delahanty award winner - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence.
