2013 Highlights: Participated in three races, including a 10th-place showing of 20:50 at the 4-mile Bradley Intercollegiate (Sept. 6), helping the Flyers to the team title...raced to a season-best 8K time of 26:03.2 at the Illinois Intercollegiate (Sept. 13)...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team.
Prep/Personal: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and three-year letterwinner in track and field for Pontiac Township...also competed in both basketball and baseball...four-time sectional qualifier in cross country and state qualifier as a senior in 2012...three-time track and field Team MVP...three-time state qualifier in the 1,600-meter run, including a third-place finish as a senior...also qualified for state as a member of both the 4x400 and 4x800 relays as well as the 3,200-meter run...won the Cornbelt Conference championship in the 1,600-meter run and 4x800 relay as a junior...took home the conference title in the 3,200-meter run as a senior...pushed Pontiac to the IHSA Cross Country finals as a senior and helped them to a 10th place finish at the IHSA Track and Field Championships...member of the high honor roll all four years and also the National Honor Society...Illinois State Scholar...major is biology and pre-physical therapy...son of Nick and Nancy Milhauser.
