2017 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award – given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award...started in all 51 games...batted .270 (40-for-148) with two home runs and 22 RBI...drew a team-best 20 walks...had 11 multiple-hit games, including a pair of contests with three base knocks...had four contests with at least two RBI...went 2-for-3 with two runs scored and a triple in 10-6 win over Lindenwood (Feb. 26)...drove in three runs in 8-0 victory over Northern State (March 11). picked up three hits and scored once in 6-5 win over Truman State (March 19)...hit a two-run homer in 7-5 victory over Saint Xavier (March 23)...went 3-for-4 and plated a run in the 8-7 win over Saint Joseph's (April 1)...connected for a three-run blast in 6-3 win over UIS (April 9)...drove in three runs in 5-3 triumph over Rockhurst (April 23).

Spalding Sportsmanship honoree....collected a two-run double in the 13-4 (5 inn.) win over UW-Parkside (April 13)...went 2-for-3, including a double, in a 4-1 loss to UIS (April 2)...was 3-for-5 with three RBI in the 11-2 win over Saint Joseph's (March 26)...connected for a walk-off single in the 3-2 win over Grand Valley State (March 22)...was 3-for-3 with four runs scored, two RBI and a home run in a 13-5 (6 inn.) win over Lake Erie (March 4)...went 2-for-3 with two RBI and a run scored in the 9-1 (5 inn.) win over Gannon (March 1)...went 2-for-3, including a bases-clearing double, in a 6-2 win over Kentucky Wesleyan (March 1)...recipient of the Br. Prep/Personal: Earned varsity letters in both softball and basketball at Peotone…selected as a three-time ICA All-State, 1-8 All-Conference, and Kankakee Daily Journal All-Area athlete…averaged .474 at the plate to help her team to the Class 3A Sectional Championship title as a senior…named the Class 3A Regional Champion three consecutive years…played summer ball for the Illinois Stars…mathematics major…daughter of Scott and Amy Maupin.
