2016-17 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team... took first in the 3000 meter steeplechase (11:25.40) at the Benedictine Relays (Apr. 15-16)... took first in the 1500 meter run (4:43.95) at the Cougar Invitational (Apr. 22-23)... placed third in the 3000 meter run (10:12.61) at the Lewis Twilight (Apr. 26)... recorded a personal-best in the 5000 meter with 19:53.28... recorded a personal-best in the 400 meter hurdles with a 1:15.55...recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2015-16 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...collected NCAA Provisional mark to lead team at the Dr. Keeler Invitational (May 12) after finishing sixth in the 3,000-meter run steeplechase (10:56.49)…recorded personal-best and set a NCAA Provisional in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at Hillsdale’s Gina Relays (April 29) with a time of 10:55.48…captured the 1,500-meter run title at the Cougar Invitational (April 23) with a mark of 4:43.95…first overall in the 3,000-meter run (10:50.41) at the Illiana Invitational (Jan. 15).

2014-15 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...nabbed the top spot in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:20.29 at the NAIA vs. NCAA Challenge (Jan. 24)…collected a second-place finish and a NCAA Provisional time in the distance medley relay (12:08.64) at the Hillsdale Wide-Track Classic (Feb. 7).

2013-14 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...named GLVC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week the week of February 2^nd…set a NCAA Provisional mark in the 800 meter (2:15.9) at the GVSU 5-Way (Feb. 1)…finished second in the 1000 meter run (3:11.85) at the Lewis Open (Jan. 10).
