Biography

2017  Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award – given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence.

2016 Highlights: Made 10 appearances on the mound for the Flyers…faced 70 batters through 18.1 innings with 12 strikeouts…threw tree scoreless innings at Southern Indiana (April 24)…didn’t allow a run or hit in two innings at Indianapolis (April 2).

2015 Highlights: Appeared nine times with eight starts on the mound for the Flyers…threw 43.1 innings with 29 strike outs…earned his first win after throwing a complete seven-inning game vs. UW-Parkside (Apr. 14) where he gave up a single run and struck out seven.

Personal/Prep: Luecht put together a 7-3 record on the mound with a 1.12 ERA earning him First Team All-Area as a senior...posted a 2.60 ERA, striking out 54 batters in 48 innings of work as a junior...threw his way to a Regional Championship his senior year...named the Fox Valley Conference Champions, as well as being selected to the All-Fox Valley Conference First Team, both junior and senior years... Business Administration major.
