Biography

2017 Highlights: Named to Academic All-GLVC Team...made three starts and took the mound seven times for the Flyers...Allowed one run and two hits in three innings at Bellarmine (April 28)...had a career-high five strikeouts at Rockhurst (Feb. 26)...

2016 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to the Academic All-GLVC Team…made 15 appearances on the mound for the Flyers…recorded 21 strikeouts during the season…allowed two runs and struck out three batters in 5.1 innings vs. Mary (March 1)…totaled a season high of four Ks at Illinois Springfield (April 8).

Prep/Personal: Played both baseball and football at Joliet West…helped his team to a Regional Championship as a junior…finished out the 2014 season with the Illinois Sparks as a three-time All-Tournament player with 104.3 innings on the mound and a 1.14 ERA…sports management major…son of David and Rebecca Talarico.
