2016 Highlights: Named to Academic All-GLVC Team... Competed in five races...ran a career-best 4K time of 16:15.0 Flyers/Flames Challenge (Sep. 3)...ran a career-best 5K time of 19:34.03 in the National Catholic Invitational (Sep. 16)...ran a career-best 6K time of 22:44.26 at the NCAA Regional meet (Nov. 5)...recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2015 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...competed in four races...placed 18th overall at the 5K National Catholic Invitational (Sept. 18) junior varsity race with a time of 19:58.

2014 Highlights: Participated in four meets...picked up a career-best 5K time of 19:37.01 at the Greater Louisville Classic (Oct. 4) Blue race...earned another personal-best with a 6K mark of 23:35.36 at the GLVC Championships (Nov. 8)...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team.

2013 Highlights: Appeared in four races...turned in a season-best 5K mark of 19:44.6 at the Lucian Rosa Invitational (Oct. 12) and a season-best 6K showing of 24:11 at the GLVC Championships (Oct. 26)...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team.

Prep/Personal: Earned letters in both cross country and track and field at Oswego East High School...three time All-Conference Cross Country selection...three-time cross country sectional qualifier...daughter of Martin and Nancy Holm...psychology major.
