2018 Highlights: Played in every match and appeared in 133 sets recording 696 digs for an average of 5.23 per set...she record double figures in digs 32 times including a career-high 39 at Indianapolis on Sept. 28...she recorded at least 20 digs in 19 matches...fifth on the team with 16 service aces...was named to All-Midwest Regional Tournament team...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence and was named to the Academic All-GLVC squad.

2017 Highlights: Played in every match but one and appeared in 117 sets recording 565 digs for an average of 4.83 per set...she recorded double figure totals 30 times including a career-high 29 in a sweep at Drury on Oct. 27...she recorded at least 20 digs in nine matches...fourth on the team with 22 service aces...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and was named to Academic All-GLVC squad.

Prior to Lewis: Competed for one season at UNC Greensboro...appeared in 31 matches, including seven starts...was third on the squad with 272 digs...second on team with 22 service aces.

Prep/Personal: Four-year varsity letterwinner for West Chicago...earned all-conference honors, along with being named to the academic all-conference team in her junior and senior seasons…named the team MVP and was a member of the honor roll…participated in the 2016 All Star Game…played club volleyball with Mizuno Sports Performance out of Aurora, Ill.…member of 2015 Mizuno Sports Performance National Championship team…was a member of the student council, interact club, National Honors Society, National Language Honor Society, and was a student ambassador...daughter of Ron and Mary Lou Katarzynski...majoring in both business administration and marketing.
