2016-17 Highlights: Competed in ten meets... finished third in the 100 yard breast stroke (1:12.17) at the Illinois State, Illinois Wesleyan dual meet (Sep. 30)... finished third in the 100 yard breat stroke (1:11.31) against Indianapolis and McKendree (Nov. 5)... finished third in the 200 short course breast stroke (2:53.57) which was a personal-best, against William Jewell (Dec. 4)... finished third in the 100 yard breast stroke (1:10.97) at the University of Chicago, Olivet Nazarene dual meet (Jan. 13)... finished second in the 100 yard breast stroke (1:11.07) and the 200 yard breast stroke (2:33.02) against Valparaiso (Jan. 21)... recorded a personal-best in the 200 short course freestyle (2:19.60) and the 200 short course individual medley (2:39.66) against William Jewell... recorded a personal-best in the 500 yard freestyle (5:22.97) at the Midwest Invitational (Feb. 17)... recorded a personal-best in the 50 yard breast stroke (33.42) and 100 yard IM (1:04.85) at the Illinois State, Illinois Wesleyan dual meet (Sep. 30)... recorded a personal-best in the 100 yard breast stroke (1:06.48), the 200 yard breast stroke (2:24.20), and the 100 yard butterfly (59.98) at the GLVC Championships (Feb. 8-11).

2015-16 Highlights: Swam a season-best in the 100 fly (1:00.14) and 200 IM (2:10.51) at the GLVC Championships (Feb. 11).

2014-15 Highlights: Placed first in the 100 Fly (1:01.30) at the 2015 GLVC Championships (Feb. 12)…took third in the 100 Breast (1:20.60), fourth in the 200 Breast (2:58.54), and fifth in the 50 Breast (39.00) at William Jewell (Dec. 17-18)…grabbed fifth in the 100 Back (1:05.80) against Lake Forest and Truman State (Nov. 8).

Prep/Personal: Earned four varsity letters in swimming at Liberty High School…200 freestyle, 100 breaststroke, 100 butterfly and 200 individual medley school record holder…helped team to four district championships and two regional championships…as a junior, 200 freestyle relay team finished second in the state and medley relay team finished third…honor roll student…swam for the Sunwest Swimming (2003-2011, YMCA WestSide Silver Fins (2011-2014), Kansas City Blazers (2014)…daughter of James and Anne Bower…nursing major.
