Christian Mitchelle was announced as an Assistant Coach in August 2026.
Mitchelle previously attended the University of Cincinnati where he graduated in 2026. Prior to Cincinnati, he spent one year at Central Michigan University where he made the MAC All-Tournament Team in 2023.
While at Cincinnati he was named CSC Academic All- District from 2024-2026. Moreover, he was awarded the John Olerud Two-Way Player of the Year Award Watch List- Big 12 Conference which is an annual award given to a player who excels as a pitcher and a position player.
After graduating, Mitchelle worked as a coach for Rhino Baseball in Shorewood, Ill., where he coached youth athletes in baseball fundamentals, led practices, and assisted with game program operations.
