2015-16 Highlights: Selected as a Capital One Academic All-American Second Team member as well as a All-District 4 At-Large First Team member...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award – given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...recipient of the Divison 2 ADA Academic Achievement Award…selected to PING Golf Coaches Association of America Honorable Mention All-America Team...averaged a score of 74.52 in 29 rounds…placed second out of 49 competitors in the AMFAM Fall Invitational (Sep. 14-15) with a two-round total of 146 (75-71)… tied a program record with a 65, four under par performance at the CSUSM Fall Classic (Oct. 26-27) with a total score of 212 (75-72-65), finishing sixth overall…finished sixth with a three-round total of 212 (70-68-74) at the Farmers Insurance Sam Proal Invitational (Sep. 7-8) in a field of 48 with a four under par performance…shared the title of ninth at the NCAA Division II Midwest/Central Regional (May 2-5) after he shot a total of 224 after three rounds (73-72-79) against 103 competitors.

2014-15 Highlights: Selected as a Capital One Academic All-American Second Team member as well as a All-District 4 At-Large First Team member...named All-GLVC...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence...named to Academic All-GLVC Team...averaged a score of 74.52 on the season...claimed a victory over 90 others with a season low two round total of 142 (71-71) at the Midwest Regional #2 (Oct. 13)...shared the title at the Saginaw Valley Invite (March 21) after he notched 143 after two rounds...carded his way to a second place finish with a two round total of 142 (68-74) at the UW Parkside Fall Invitational (Sept. 15-16).

2013-14 Highlights: GLVC Scholar-Athlete of the Year...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...selected to All-GLVC squad...averaged 75.18…finished third in a field of 70 competitors at the Cardinal Spring Invitational with a score of 146 (73-73) (March 22-23)…finished tied for fourth with a one under par performance at the GLVC Championship with a three-round score of 215 (74-70-71) (April 20-22)…used a second round 70 for a two-round score of 148 to tie for sixth at the Green Bay Invitational (Sept. 9-10).

2012-13 Highlights: Academic All-GLVC and a Delahanty Award recipient for academic excellence among Lewis student athletes… in 26 rounds of competition, averaged a score of 77.0…his lowest round total of the season (70) came at the 2013 GLVC Men’s Golf Championship, his total score of 223 (80-73-70) for 13^th-place overall helped the Flyers finish fourth…posted five top-20 finishes in 12 events played.

Prep/Personal: Northern Illinois Conference-10 All-Conference selection each of his four years...regional champion as a senior...took home NIC-10 MVP and 2A All-State honors as a junior...all-region selection as a sophomore and a freshman...honor roll student...AP Scholar...won 2011 Chick Evans Junior Amateur Championship...son of Robert and Hui Chong...Air Traffic Control Management major.
