Lewis University Athletics

McConway is entering his second season as an assistant coach for the Flyer men's soccer program.

In his first season at Lewis University McConway helped guide the Flyers to a 12-5-3 record which resulted in a GLVC and NCAA tournament appearance.

Prior to coming to Lewis, Coach McConway played semi-professionally for Chesham United FC of the Southern Premier League and Carlton Town FC of the Northern Premier League.

McConway's Collegiate career was spent playing for Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom where he earned his bachelors of science degree in construction management before coming to the United States in 2016. He then began attending Le Moyne College and was named a team captain for the soccer program. He went on to start 26 games for the dolphins as the cog of their midfield representing them in an NCAA tournament appearance.
