2016-17 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award – given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team... competed in ten meets... recorded a career-best in the 50 yard freestyle (22.34) and yard 100 freestyle (49.17) at the GLVC Championships (Feb. 8-11)... recorded a career-best in the 100 short course freestyle (57.63) and 200 short course freestyle (2:07.39) against William Jewell (Dec. 4)... recorded a career-best in the 1000 yard freestyle (10:55.43) at the Findlay, Hillsdale meet (Nov. 12)... finished second in the 50 yard freestyle (22.60) at the House of Champions (Nov. 20)... finished third in the 1000 yard free at the Findlay Hillsdale meet...recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award...selected as Lewis' Senior Student-Athlete of the Year.

2015-16 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team…recorded a season best of 23.51 in the 50 freestyle and a time of 51.37 in the 100 free in a double-dual at University of Chicago with Olivet Nazarene (Jan. 9).

Prior To Lewis: Spent two years at Valparaiso University.

Prep/Personal: Dubbed Sectional Runner Up, Kiwanis Athlete of the Month, Team Captain and Team MVP as a senior at Elkhart...Management Information Systems major...son of Steve and Karen Chamness.
