2016-17 Highlights: Named to Academic All-GLVC Team... Named to the CSCAA Scholar All-America team... competed in twelve meets... competed in the NCAA Championships (Mar. 8-11) for the 500 yard freestyle (4:32.27) a personal-best, 200 yard backstroke (1:48.50) a personal-best, 200 yard individual medley (1:49.51) a personal-best, and 400 yard IM (3:56.87)... finished in the top three 23 times through eight meets, placing first eight times through five meets... recorded a personal-best in the 100 short course free (53.12), the 100 short course back (58.47), and the 200 short coure IM against William Jewell (Dec. 4)... recorded a personal best in the 100 yard IM (54.33) at the Illinois State, Illinois Wesleyan dual meet.

2015-16 Highlights: CSCAA Honorable Mention Scholar All-American...placed third in the 400 IM (3:59.86) and set the school record for the 400 individual medley (3:59.86) at the GLVC Championships (Feb. 11)…won the 500 freestyle (4:58.86) at Valparaiso (Oct. 3)…picked up a win in the 1000 freestyle (10:04.26) and 500 freestyle (4:51.14) at Findlay (Nov. 14)…touched first in the 200 IM (1:58.99) at Rollins (Jan. 4)…finished sixth in the 200 IM (1:51.84) at the GLVC Championships (Feb. 10)…placed ninth with a time of 4:33.44 at the GLVC Championships (Feb. 12).

Prior to Lewis: Dubbed the NJCAA National Champion both years at Indiana River State...claimed back-to-back 800 free relay national titles, as well as the 400 IM title in his last year.

Prep/Personal: Named District and Regional Champion as a junior and senior...three-time state finalist in the 100 fly, 100 back, and 200 medley relay...finance major...son of Tony and Donna Poti.
