2014 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team.

2012 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...set a team-season best mark in the outdoor 5,000-meter run (15:23.76) at the Wash U Invite (March 31). 

2011 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award, given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence, and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...owned Lewis’ third-fastest 3,000-meter run (8:58.33) and 5,000-meter run (15:29.49).

Prep/Personal:Competed in cross country as a senior...two-year letterwinner in track and field...named to All-Conference and All-Regional Cross Country teams...earned 'Rookie of the Year' award in cross country...named to Honor Roll in seven out of a possible eight semesters...son of Joe and Paula Woods...major is computer science.
