18034Marc Denson is in his seventh season as a member of the Lewis coaching staff in 2016. His team responsibilities include working with the DataVolley software and helping scout opponents. 

The Flyers have a 135-50 record with Denson on the bench since 2010. The Flyers have earned 27 all-conference selections during this time. Lewis won the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association in 2012 and took another trip to the NCAA Tournament in 2014. Lewis was the national runner-up in 2015.

Denson played libero and middle hitter for the Chicago Volleyball Club from 2006-09. His team qualified for nationals during the 2006-07 season.

A 2013 Lewis graduate with a bachelor's degree in radio/tv broadcasting, Denson is originally from Bridgeview, Ill. He graduated from St. Laurence High School, earning two varsity letters in volleyball. As a senior he was named all-conference, recording 50 kills and 30 blocks. Academically, he was a member of the National Honor Society and a member of the honor roll.
