2016 Highlights: Named to Academic All-GLVC Team... Competed in four meets for the season...scored for the Flyers in the National Catholic (Sep. 16) meet finishing 15th in 18:41.4 which was a career-best  5K time...scored for the Flyers in the Lewis Conference Crossover (Oct. 8) in 22:46.98...she finished ninth in the GLVC Championships (Oct. 22) with a time of 22:09.99...scored for Lewis in the NCAA Regionals (Nov. 5) finishing in 21:47.76 which was a career-best 6K time...recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2015 Highlights: Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic recognition....recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...competed in six races...helped Lewis to an 11th-place finish at the 6K NCAA Championships (Nov. 21) with a 124th-place mark of 22:27.2....was Lewis' No. 3 runner at the 6K NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (Nov. 7) with a 34th-place finish of 22:07.83...placed 21st at the 6K GLVC Championships (Oct. 24) with a time of 22:56.1...finished 16th at the 5K National Catholic Invitational (Sept. 18) College Division race with a time of 18:59.8...was Lewis' No. 5 runner at the 4K Flyer/Flames Challenge, crossing the finish line in 15:49.9.

2014 Highlights: Competed in three meets...claimed a career-best 5K time of 19:24.78 at the Greater Louisville Classic (Oct. 4)...placed 41st overall at the 5K National Catholic Championships (Sept. 19) with a time of 19:43.30...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team.

2013 Highlights: Appeared in four races...turned in a season-best 5K time of 20:03.5 at the Illinois Intercollegiate (Sept. 13) and raced to a season-best 6K showing of 23:48 at the GLVC Championships (Oct. 26)...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team.

Prep/Personal: Received two varsity letters in cross country and three in track at James B. Conant High School...was named to the Conant Top Ten List for cross country, as well as receiving the IHSA Scholastic Achievement Award as a senior...was awarded most valuable player for cross country as a junior...daughter of Edward and Tracy Dalton...sport management major.
