Biography

2014 Highlights: Saw action in two matches…had two kills and two blocks against UIS (Nov. 7)...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team.

2013 Highlights: Saw action in seven sets in four matches for the Flyers...tallied four kills against Kentucky State (Oct. 19).

Prior to Lewis: Comes to the Flyers after two seasons at Florida State College at Jacksonville...contributed 47 blocks as the Blue Wave made back-to-back NCAA Regional appearances. 

Prep/Personal: While playing at Hagerty High, Maurer was a four-year starter and graduated with the school record for most blocks in a season and in a career...daughter of Donna Maurer...business administration major.
