Ryan Coenen (Franklin, Wis./Franklin) each had 14 kills as the No. 8 Flyer men's volleyball team picked up the 28-26, 25-19, 25-20 Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association sweep over Lindenwood at Neil Carey Arena on Saturday (Feb. 4).
The duo combined for a hitting percentage of .451 (28 kills, 5 errors, 51 attacks). Perinar had a hitting percentage of .444 (14-2-27), while Coenen connected at a rate of .458 (14-3-24).
With the win, Lewis improves to 8-2 on the season and 3-1 in MIVA action, while the Lions fall to 0-9 on the campaign and 0-6 in conference play.

Matt Yoshimoto (Ventura, Calif./Adolfo Camarillo) had a match-high 32 assists, alongside six digs, while redshirt sophomore libero
Michael Simmons (Aurora, Ill./Waubonsie Valley) finished with a team-best nine digs and added seven assists.
As a team, Lewis finished with a .355 hitting percentage (45-12-93), while Lindenwood hit .244 (35-14-86).
Lewis returns to action on Thursday (Feb. 9), as they head to Columbus, Ohio with a 7 PM ET first serve against No. 1 ranked and defending national champion Ohio State.
