Evansville, Ind. - The No. 3 Lewis University women's volleyball team earned its season-best, sixth-straight win with the 25-18, 25-18, 25-15 Great Lakes Valley Conference sweep over Southern Indiana at the PAC on Friday (Sept. 22).

Maddie Seliga (St. Louis, Mo./Nerinx Hall) hit .444 (9 kills, 1 error, 18 attacks) and chipped in eight digs and four block assists.
With the win, Lewis improves to 11-1 overall and 3-0 in conference play, while the host Screaming Eagles fall to 3-8 on the campaign and 1-2 in GLVC action.

Ronni Katarzynski (Winfield, Ill./West Chicago) collected a match-high 13 digs.
Lewis hit .310 (46-15-100) as a team, while the Screaming Eagles were limited to a .108 (29-18-102) hitting percentage. The Flyers also held a 13-4 advantage over USI in team blocks.
Lewis returns to action on Saturday (Sept. 23) as they meet Indianapolis for a 3 PM ET first serve.
