Honolulu, Hawai'i - The No. 8 Lewis University women's volleyball team left Hawai'i with an unblemished record as the Flyers dropped host Hawai'i Pacific, 25-15, 25-16, 20-25, 25-14 in the final match of the Hawai'i Challenge on Sunday (Sept. 3) evening.

Maddie Seliga (St. Louis, Mo./Nerinx Hall) topped the Flyers with 14 kills, while junior outside
Elizabeth Hyland (Plainfield, Ill./Plainfield Central) pitched in 12 kills in the victory.
Flyer senior middle hitter
Aly Schneider (Granger, Ind./Penn) was nearly flawless as she hit .818 (9 kills, 0 errors, 11 attacks).
With the win, Lewis improves to 4-0 on the campaign, while the Sharks fall to 1-3.
Lewis hit .298 (54-17-124) in the win, while Hawai'i Pacific had a hitting percentage of .063 (33-25-126).

Abby Becker (Menomonee Falls, Wis./Menomonee Falls) had a match-high 33 assists, while Flyer sophomore libero
Ronni Katarzynski (Winfield, Ill./West Chicago) collected a match-high 16 digs.
Lewis returns to action on Friday (Sept. 8), as the Flyers head to Denver to participate in the Colorado Challenge. The Flyers open with West Florida (2:30 PM MT) and follow with a Final Four rematch against 2016 National Champion Concordia St. Paul (6 PM MT).
