Series History vs. St. Francis-Brooklyn
These two teams have only met one previous time with Lewis coming out victorious on March 11, 2005, where the Flyers prevailed in a 3-0 sweep. 

Series History vs. Maryville
Lewis and Maryville had their first ever meeting last season with the Flyers coming out on top, 3-0. Cole Brillhart (York, Pa./Northeastern) led the Flyers attack with 10 kills and five aces. Kauling recorded 27 assists.

Last Week in Review
Lewis had a couple of setbacks in the First Point Collegiate Challenge against No. 8 Stanford and No. 5 Pepperdine. Max Roquet (Johnston, Iowa/Johnston) and John Davis (Naperville, Ill./Naperville Central) led the Flyers on the attack with 18 kills and 17 kills respectively. 

Kevin Kauling (Naperville, Ill./Neuqua Valley) recorded 66 assists during the two-game stretch while Jason Gibbs (Bellaire, Texas/Bellarie) picked up 13 digs. 

NCAA Division I-II Rankings
Lewis is ranked No. 15 in the NVA/AVCA Men's Volleyball Division I-II Coaches Poll that was released on January 23.
