Augusta, Mich.- The Lewis University women's golf team pulled out their second consecutive win of the season this weekend from Oct. 11-12 at the Panther Invite hosted by Davenport University. Graduate student,
Kendall Farm (Carol Stream, Ill./West Chicago) came in second place and junior,
Kyra Simon (Rockford, Illinois) followed closely behind finishing in third.
Farm's first round came in at one under par (71) shooting two under (34) on the back nine. She had a 13-hole stretch of pars with two birdies mixed in. Simon had a career low in the second round shooting a total of four under par (68). She finished one under on the front (35) and three under on the back (33). Davenport's Lauren Gervais took first place individually, shooting one under across 36 holes. The Flyer's took home the team victory shooting 26 over and won by eight total strokes.
