Women's Basketball Unveils Non-Conference Schedule

Romeoville, Ill. – Lewis University head women's basketball coach Dodie Dunson Jr. revealed the Flyers 2025-26 non-conference schedule which features eight contests with four home games, two road games and a pair of neutral site features.  
 
The Flyers begin the year at the Wisconsin Dells Invitational from Nov. 14-15 at the Justagame Fieldhouse in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. Lewis opens the invitational with a 7 p.m. tilt against Northern Michigan and will wrap up the tournament the next day against Michigan Tech at 5 p.m. Last season, the Flyers faced Northern Michigan and Michigan Tech at the Wisconsin Dells Invitational as well and defeated Northern Michigan, 68-57, for their first win of the 2024-25 campaign.
 
On Nov. 20, Lewis will welcome Davenport to Neil Carey Arena for their first home game of the year at 5:30 p.m. before heading to Michigan to face Northwood on Nov. 23 for a 1 p.m. matinee in their first road contest of the 2025-26 campaign. Since the 2012-13 season, Lewis is 7-2 all-time against Northwood and 2-1 when facing the Timberwolves away from home.
 
The red and white return home on Nov. 25 to face former GLVC member UW-Parkside at 5:30 p.m. in their first of six consecutive home games. After three home conference games from Dec. 1-6, the Flyers will wrap their season-long six game home slate against Central State (Dec. 13) and Concordia (Dec. 15) with both contests set to tip-off at 3 p.m.
 
Lewis concludes its non-conference slate on Dec. 20 with a trip to the Windy City to battle local rival Roosevelt. Last season, the Flyers defeated the Lakers by 20 at home, 69-49.
 
A formal announcement about ticket sales for Lewis women's basketball will be released on a later date.
