Allendale Mich.- The Lewis University women's golf team attended the Gildas Club Laker Invitational hosted by Grand Valley State University on Monday (Sept. 29). The tournament consisted of a total of 36 holes played in one day. Graduate Student,
Kendall Farm (Carol Stream, Ill./West Chicago) was the top finisher for the Flyer's with an eighth-place tie.
Farm's first 18 was her best round shooting 71 (one under par). During her first round she totaled four birdies, with three in the first nine holes. Findlay's Ashleigh Duflo took first place individually, shooting a total of four under par across the 36 holes. The Laker's took home the team victory shooting nine over, while Lewis finished in a tie for seventh shooting a total of 55 over.
