Indianapolis, Ind. - The Great Lakes Valley Conference announced today (June 22) that 17 Lewis athletic programs earned the 2025-26 Team Academic All-GLVC award. The award recognizes each team that has maintained at least a 3.30 grade point average (GPA) for the academic year.
The Flyers 17 honored programs are the third-most in the GLVC behind Maryville (19) and Rockhurst (20) and are the most amongst the four conference schools located in Illinois.
Leading the way for the Flyers was the women's golf program with their 3.70 GPA followed by women's soccer (3.68) and women's cross country (3.64). Women's Track & Field (3.59), Softball (3.58), Women's Volleyball (3.58), Women's Swimming (3.54) and Men's Soccer (3.53) all exceded the 3.5 GPA mark. Men's Golf (3.49), Men's Swimming (3.49), Baseball (3.47), Women's Basketball (3.46), Women's Lacrosse (3.46), Men's Cross Country (3.44), Men's Lacrosse (3.42), Bowling (3.40) and Men's Track & Field (3.30) also earned the award as well.
