New Orleans – The United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced its 2025-26 All-Academic Athletes, with 13 members of the Lewis University men's and women's track & field teams earning the honor.
To qualify for the individual award, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 while meeting the USTFCCCA's athletic performance criteria during the 2025-26 season.
Representing the Flyers on the men's side were
Abraham Christian (Huntley, Ill./Huntley HS),
Brian Holmes (Naperville, Ill./Naperville North HS),
Cagini Pilgrim (Castries, Saint Lucia/),
Ben Saucedo (/), and
Brendon Shea (Hershey, Pa./Hershey). Women's honorees included
Aubrey Brinkman (Mapleton, Ill./Illini Bluffs HS),
Madilyn Calloway (Rochester, Ind./Rochester Community),
Rebecca Cravedi (Piacenza, Italy/),
Megan Garrett (Charleston, Ill./Charleston),
Kate Guderjan (Frankfort, Ill./Lincolnway East),
Denise Hernandez (Naperville, Ill./Naperville North HS),
Brynlee Keeran (Catlin, Ill./Catlin HS), and
Karmen Kurowicka (Itasca, Ill./Lake Park HS).
Additionally, both programs earned the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team award which honors all programs' that earned a 3.0 GPA or higher. The women's program posted a GPA of 3.59 while the men notched a 3.30 cumulative GPA. Both programs also earned the 2025-26 Team Academic All-GLVC award as well.
