2011 Highlights: Earned personal records in the indoor shot put (30’ 1/4”), weight throw (41’3”), hammer throw (132’11”) and javelin (83’5”).

2010 Highiights: Picked up a personal-best toss of 38’9 1/2” in the weight throw at the Chicagoland Championships (Feb. 12)...owned Lewis’ second-best discus throw with a heave of 86’7” at the GLVC Championships (May 8)...added another PR in the javelin (77’3”) at the Dr. Keeler Invitational (May 14).  

2009 Highlights: Collected an indoor personal best toss of 37’2” in the weight throw at the GLVC Championships (Feb. 28)...turned in two outdoor personal-best tosses in the javelin (71’3”) and hammer throw (126’4 3/4”) at the GLVC Championships (May 2).

2008 Highlights: Earned an indoor personal best throw of 29’7” in the shot put at the Chicagoland Championshisp (Feb. 15)...set an outdoor personal best throw of 27’11 1/2” in the shot put at the Chicagoland Championships (Apr. 5).

Prep/Personal: Daughter of Charles Liss...major is special education.
