2014 Highlights: Participated in four meets...earned a career-best 5K time of 21:44.49 at the Greater Louisville Classic (Oct. 4) Silver race...had a season-best 6K time of 26:21.08 at the UW-Oshkosh AAE Invitational (Oct. 18).

2013 Highlights: Competed in two races...

Prep/Personal: Earned three letters in cross country and two in track and field at Palatine High School...helped her team to a second place finish at state for cross country her sophomore year...ran her way to win the cross country regional championship and track sectional championship her junior year...as a senior, won the cross country regional championship and track sectional championship...daughter of Robert and Debra Paneral...biology major.
