2014-15 Highlights: Earned 2015 Lewis Senior Student-Athlete Award for highest GPA of all graduating seniors...recipient of Lewis' Delahanty Award for academic excellence among student-athletes and named Academic All-GLVC…placed first at the Florida Institute of Technology (Jan. 5) in the 100 backstroke (52.37)...grabbed second at William Jewell (Dec. 17-18) in the 200 backstroke (2:15.65)...claimed seventh at IUPUI’s House of Champions (Nov. 21-23) in the 400 IM (4:11.36).

2013-14 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...CSCAA Scholar All-American Honorable Mention…secured victories in the 100 backstroke (:55.39), 200 backstroke (1:58.48), and 200 individual medley (2:00.81) against Carthage College (Jan.11)...swam to a NCAA B cut in the 200 backstroke (1:51.49) at the GLVC Championships (Feb. 12-15).

2012-13 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given  for academic excellence to Lewis student athletes…earned a NCAA B cut in the 200 backstroke (1:52.81) and the 400 individual medley (4:05.28) at the GLIAC Championships (Feb. 6-9)…set school record in 400 individual medley (4:05.28)…captured a victory in the 200 individual medley (1:56.88) at the Carthage College Classic.

2011-12 Highlights: Recipient of Lewis' Delahanty Award for academic excellence among student athletes.....broke school record and took second place in 400 IM (4:09.17) on day two of Carthage College Swimming Classic (Dec. 3) while taking third in 100 backstroke (53.86)...finished 10th in the 200 backstroke (1:53.14) with an NCAA B cut at the 2012 GLIAC Championships (Feb. 10)...11th in the 400 IM at the 2012 GLIAC Championships with a time of 4:10.51 (Feb. 9)...added a 12th place finish in the 100 yard backstroke (53.56) at the 2012 GLIAC Championships (Feb. 10)...third in 400 IM with a mark of 4:20.76 in season opening meet at Grand Valley State (Oct. 21)...recorded a 54.38 first place time in the 100 backstroke and won the 200 backstroke (1:58.53) and the 100 butterfly (55.81) in win over William Jewell (Oct. 29)...second in 200 medley relay in 1:43.76 vs. IIT (Nov. 4)...fifth in 200 free relay (1:32.36) on day one of Doug Coers Invite (Nov. 18) and 400 medley relay (3:50.35)...third in 200 medley relay (1:43.63), third in 400 IM (4:18.31), fourth in 100 backstroke (55.96) and fifth in 200 backstroke (1:58.97) on day two of Doug Coers Invite (Nov. 19)...NCAA B time of 1:54.35 and second place finish in 200 backstroke and another second place in the 200 IM (1:58.08) on day one of Carthage College Swimming Classic (Dec. 2).

Prep/Personal: Selected second team all conference as a junior and first team as a sophomore at Canby High School...held the 15-16 National Age Group Record for the 200 Medley Relay...also swam for the Multnomah Athletic Club...son of Ken and Sonja Polack...history major.
