2015 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team…appeared in 13 games with ten starts behind the plate for the Flyers…went three-for-five with a RBI vs. Bellarmine (Apr. 4).

2014 Highlights: Played in four games with two starts (one at catcher and one at designated hitter)…earned walk-off single vs. Saint Francis (Ill.) (April 22).

Prior to Lewis: An All-Region First Team selection in 2013 for the College of DuPage, hit .402 with 10 doubles and 18 RBI with 16 stolen bases.

Prep/Personal: In his senior season, he hit .345 with a home run and 22 RBI as he helped the St. Francis Spartans to a 25-13 record and the Sectional Championship...a member of the Rockford Foresters squad in the Midwest Collegiate League this summer...son of Kerr O'Brien and Tom Zimmerman...Business Administration major.
