Biography

2016-17 Highlights: Finished first in the distance medley relay (13:18.50) at the Illiana Invitational (Jan. 13)... finished first in the distance medley relay (13:52.64) at the Cardinal Classic (Feb. 17)... recorded a personal-best in the 800 meter run with 2:41.26... recorded a personal-best in the 1500 meter run with 5:23.81... recorded a personal-best in the 3000 meter steeplechase with 11:57.54.

2015-16 Highlights: Ran a personal best time of 19:32.49 in the 5,000-meter run at the Chicagoland Outdoor Championships (April 9) and a recorded another personal best in the 3,000-meter steeple with a time of 12:12.31 at the EIU Big Blue Classic (March 31)...recorded a third place finish in the 3,000-meter dash (11.10.03) at the NCC Cardinal Classic (Feb. 19).

2014-15 Highlights: Captured a season-best time of 12:24.28 with an eighth-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Benedictine Twilight Invitational (Apr. 24).
