2016 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...recorded personal bests for the mile run (5:28.40), 3,000-meter run (10:45.16) and 5,000-meter run (18:34.99) during the indoor 2016 season…earned a sixth place finish after a personal best time of 11:31.78 for the 3,000-meter steeple during the GLVC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 5)…claimed third place in the 3,000-meter steeple (11:51.77) at the Crusader Open (April 30).

Prep/Personal: Four-year varsity letterwinner in cross country, gymnastics and track and field for Geneseo...three-time individual state cross country qualifier...two-time state qualifier in the 3,200-meter run and qualified once in the 1,600-meter run and as a member of the 4x800 and 4x400 relay teams...helped Geneseo to a fourth-place finish at the IHSA Cross Country Championships in 2009, including a conference and regional championship...pushed the Maple Leafs to four conference cross country championships...was a member of Geneseo's track and field squad that placed eighth at the IHSA State Championships in 2011...member of both the honor roll and National Honors Society...daughter of Craig and Wendy Gatter...Early Childhood Education major.
