2017  Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award – given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team... competed in ten meets... finished in the top three 16 times through eight meets, and took first three times... recorded a personal-best in the 200 short course freestyle (1:59.70), 400 short course free (4:16.80), and the 200 short course butterfly (2:10.85) against William Jewell (Dec. 4)... recorded a personal-best in the 100 yard butterfly (50.62) at the House of Champions Invitational (Nov. 18)... recorded a personal-best in the 200 yard butterfly (1:49.74) in the GLVC Time Trial (Feb. 8-11)... recorded a personal-best in the 400 yard individual medley (4:01.10) at the GLVC Championships (Feb. 8-11).

2015-16 Highlights: CSCAA Honorable Mention Scholar All-American...set the school record with a time of 1:51.41 in the 200 butterfly at the GLVC Championships (Feb. 12)…picked up a win in the 400 IM (4:13.33) vs. William Jewell (Oct. 23)…touched first in the 200 fly (1:57.32) at Grand Valley State (Oct. 24)...won 200 butterfly (1:56.51) vs. Truman State and Lake Forest (Oct. 31)…won the 200 IM (1:58.64) at Findlay (Nov. 14)…won the 500 free by stopping the clock in 4:52.19 at Rollins (Jan. 4)…won the 200 fly with a time of 1:51.41 at the GLVC Championships (Feb. 12).

Prior To Lewis: Won back-to-back NJCAA National Titles at Indiana River State.

Prep/Personal: Four-time First Team All-American at Barron Collier...business administration major...son of Denise and Mike Thoman.
