2017 Highlights: Named to USTFCCCA All-Region Outdoor Team... placed second in the 1000 meter run (2:34.00) at the Illiana Invitational (Jan. 13)... finished third in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a personal-best 8:54.66 at the Stanford Invitational (Mar. 31-Apr. 1). Ran a personal-best 14:40.86 in the 5000 meter run... recorded a personal-best in the 3000 meter run with 8:29.53... recorded a personal-best in the mile with 4:17.94.

2016 Highlights: Named to Academic All-GLVC Team... Set a career best and NCAA Provisional time after finishing first place in the 3,000-meter steeple with the time of 9:00.31 at the GLVC Outdoor Championships (May 5)…finished third after running 14:59.79 in the 5,000-meter run at the Chicagoland Championships (April 9)…recorded personal best time (3:59.41) for the 1,500-meter run at the Beach Invitational (April 15).

2015 Highlights: Named to the USTFCCCA All-Midwest Region Team in the 3,000-meter steeplechase...captured a second-place finish and NCAA Provisional mark in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:03.83) at the GLVC Outdoor Championships (May 1)…claimed a first-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:17.93) at the Kansas Relays (Apr. 16).

2014 Highlights:  Set a NCAA Provisional mark in the 3000 meter steeplechase (9:24.19) at the GLVC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3)…placed seventh in the 1500 meter (4:00.75) at the GINA Relays (Apr. 24-26).
