David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence...earned Academic All-MIVA accolades...second in MIVA in digs per set (2.40)...recorded double-digit digs in nine matches, highlighted by a 14-dig performance against McKendree (Feb 24)...had a season-high six assists at Lindenwood (Apr 7).

David Delahanty Award – given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence...named to CoSIDA Academic All-District At-Large Team...earned Academic All-MIVA accolades...led MIVA in digs (257) and averaged 2.11 digs-per-set, good for second-best in the league...recorded double-digit digs in eight matches, highlighted by a pair of 17-dig outings against both Harvard (Jan. 13) and No. 5 Pepperdine (Jan. 14)...recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.

David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence…MIVA Defensive Player of the Week (March 22 and April 12)…played in 29 matches with 12 starts…added 14 digs at Saint Francis (March 24)…recorded nine kills at Lindenwood (Feb. 6)…notched 13 digs vs. IPFW (April 9).

2015 Highlights: Used this season as a Redshirt Campaign.

Prep/Personal: Named to the Upstate East All-Conference Team, Daily Herald, Beacon News, and Naperville Sun All-Area teams as a sophomore...tallied 403 kills and helped his team to a 26-9 record as a sophomore...with the Sports Performance Volleyball Club, named to the USA Volleyball Nationals 16 Open All-Tournament Team as the squad took fifth place in 2012...son of Dean and Michelle Simmons...MBA/Project Management major.
