2014 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...played in 24 games with 20 starts (16 at catcher and four at designated hitter)…recorded three hits and three runs scored vs. Quincy (March 15)…had three runs scored, three hits and two RBI vs. UIS (April 12)…hit a solo home run and drove in another run at McKendree (April 26)…knocked in three runs vs. Bellarmine (March 3).

2013 Highlights: Named Academic All-GLVC and a Delahanty Award winner for academic excellence among student athletes at Lewis…started in 19 games behind the plate for the Flyers…had two-hit games against Minnesota State-Mankato (March 9), McKendree (March 30), UW-Parkside (April 2) and (April 25), Quincy (April 30) and Indianapolis (May 5)…picked up two RBI against McKendree (March 30), Bellarmine (April 6), Quincy (April 30) and Indianapolis (May 4).

2012 Highlights: Recipient of Lewis' Delahanty Award for academic excellence among student athletes...played in 28 games with 27 starts (20 at catcher and seven at designated hitter)...had three RBI thanks to a two-run home run and an RBI single vs. St. Francis (April 24)...recorded two RBI in game two vs. Findlay (March 4) and in game two vs. Upper Iowa (March 28)...doubled, scored and recorded an RBI vs. Maryville (March 6) and vs. Grand Valley State (March 8).

2011 Highlights: Academic All-GLVC selection...named to All-GLVC Second Team as a designated hitter...played in 38 games with 35 starts (18 at designated hitter and 17 at catcher)...four hits including two home runs in game two vs. Indianapolis (April 3)...recorded three RBI, three runs scored and two hits including a home run vs. UW-Parkside (April 6)...hit a solo home run vs. Quincy (March 20)...scored twice and knocked in a run thanks to two hits and three walks vs. Mary (March 4)...knocked in two runs on a double in game one vs. Maryville (March 28)...scored twice thanks to two hits and a walk at Bellarmine (May 1)...walked four times and had two hits with two runs scored and an RBI at Saint Joseph’s (April 10)...doubled, singled, scored a run and had an RBI in game one vs. Indianapolis (April 3)...tripled, scored and knocked in a run at Christian Brothers (March 12)...added two singles, a walk and a run scored in game two vs. Maryville (March 28).

2010 Highlights: Played eight games, starting seven times (four at catcher and three at designated hitter) before suffering a season-ending injury...had two hits to score twice and knock in two runs at Missouri S&T (March 14)...singled three times and scored twice vs. West Virginia Wesleyan (March 5)...had two RBI thanks to two sacrifices and a walk vs. Gannon (Feb. 28).

Prep/Personal: Batted .359 as a sophomore and .333 as a junior...part of the battery that fanned a school record 18 batters in a game during his junior season...was Providence's Silver Bat winner and an all star in the Chicago White Sox Wooden bat League in 2008...played club baseball for the Homer Heat and the Illini Cardinals...invited to play for Ohio Extreme out of Cincinnati, Ohio...son of Steven and Pamela Thomas...Information Security & Risk Management major.
