Biography

2017 Highlights: Took first in the distance medley relay (10:53.40) at the Illiana Invitational (Jan. 13)... placed first in the 1000 meter run (2:30.12) at the Chicagoland Championships (Feb. 10)... finished in second in the distance medley relay (10:06.60) at the GLVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26)... finished third in the mile (4:27.78) at the Cardinal Classic (Feb. 17).

2016 Highlights: Set personal best time of 1:53.44 in the 800-meter run at the GLVC Outdoor Championships (May 5)…ran a leg in the 4x400 relay for a second place finish (3:28.02) at the Cougar Invitational (April 22)…registered a second place finish after running a mile in 4:21.24 at the Chicagoland Championships (Feb. 12).

2015 Highlights: Helped the distance medley relay to a NCAA Provisional mark and first place finish with a time of 10:14.25 at the Hillsdale Wide-Track Classic (Feb. 7).

Prep/Personal: Earned five varsity letters in both cross country and track and field for Valparaiso...son of Mark and Annette Ritzi...major is business.
