2013 GLVC Baseball Championship Central 

EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Inclement weather has forced a change in the schedule of the 2013 GLVC Baseball Championship  Tournament, which is being held at Bosse Field and USI Field in Evansville, Ind., May 9-12.

The Drury/Saint Joseph's contest, originally scheduled for 11 a.m. CT at Bosse Field, has been moved to USI Field on the campus of the University of Southern Indiana for a 6 p.m. CT first pitch Friday. 

The Lewis/Bellarmine matchup, which was to be played at 11 a.m. CT at USI Field, will now be played at 9:30 p.m. CT at the same site.

Game times for the two championship bracket games could be moved up if field conditions improve and the mid-afternoon forecast allows for enough time for a full nine-inning game to take place.

Maryville and Missouri-St. Louis, currently in the consolation bracket, will not play on Friday as their elimination games have been moved to Saturday.  Times for those games will be determined late Friday evening.

The change in Friday's schedule will also call for the use of both Bosse Field and USI Field on Saturday.  The original schedule had called for Saturday's games to be played solely at Bosse Field.
