- This is Lewis' 14th NCAA bid in program history

- Lewis' best NCAA DII finish: 1981 National Runners-up

- Lewis' best NCAA DII finish under Lorelee Smith: 2007 & 2009 - Regional final "Sweet 16"

- Lewis' 117 digs in the loss to Missouri S&T in the GLVC Tournament was the second most in a match under head coach Lorelee Smith. The most digs in a match under Smith is Lewis' 132 against Indianapolis Nov. 16, 2007 in the NCAA Tournament. Worth noting, in 2007 the NCAA was still playing up to 30 points in a set.

- Kim Vertin (Joliet, Ill./Joliet Central) (26) and Nicole Yuede (St. Charles, Mo./Francis Howell North) (31) had a career high digs in the match vs. Missouri S&T.

- Alexis Davito (Crest Hill, Ill./Lockport)'s 45 aces this season are a new rally soring era single season Lewis record.

- Four Flyers earned 2014 All-GLVC accolades: Alexis Davito (Crest Hill, Ill./Lockport) (First Team), Leigh Barea (Battle Creek, Mich./Harper Creek) (Second Team), Amy Choi (Vernon Hills, Ill./Vernon Hills) (Honorable Mention) & Aly Schneider (Granger, Ind./Penn) (Honorable Mention).

- Alexis Davito (Crest Hill, Ill./Lockport) was named to the 2014 Daktronics All-Midwest Region First Team.

- Amy Choi (Vernon Hills, Ill./Vernon Hills)'s 520 digs are the fourth most in a single season in Lewis history.

- Lewis led the GLVC in kills per set (14.06) and was second in hitting percentage (.247).

- Two Flyers ranked in the top three in the GLVC in hitting percentage. Aly Schneider (Granger, Ind./Penn) (.364) ranked second. Morgan Cebula (Stevens Point, Wis./Stevens Point Area) (.331) was third.

- Lewis is 2-6 against the seven teams in the Midwest Regional. Both wins came over No. 8 seed McKendree.
