Box Score ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- The No. 2 seed Lewis University men's soccer team rallied from down 1-0 at halftime to go on to defeat No. 3 seed University of Indianapolis, 2-1, in the Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament Semifinals Friday (Nov. 4). The victory gives Lewis a spot in the GLVC Tournament Championship, which is set to take place Sunday, November 6.

- Indianapolis looked to strike early in the seventh minute but Doppelhofer was there for the save.
- The Greyhounds went on the attack again in the 15th minute but Lewis saved it again.
- Cristian Perez (Cicero, Ill./Morton East) looked to put Lewis on the scoreboard in the 20th minute but his shot went wide.
- Indy broke through in the 32nd minute to take an early 1-0 lead after a goal by Michael Tselios.
Second Half: No. 2 Lewis 2, No. 3 Indianapolis 0
- Indianapolis tried to double their lead early in the second half but Doppelhofer saved it.
- Beaulieu went on the attack, looking to knot it up at 1-all in the 57th minute but Indy's goalkeeper scooped it up.
- Not long later, Beaulieu tried again in the 59th minute but that was also saved.
- The Greyhounds had their attacking chance in the 61st minute but Doppelhofer stopped it.
- Lewis was able to tie it up in the 69th minute as Asore scored his third goal of the season.
- Mikey Revell (Largo, Maryland/Bishop McNamara) had a scoring opportunity in the 76th minute but it was saved.
- Ziermann gave the Flyers a go-ahead and game winning goal in the 83rd minute.
