ROMEOVILLE, Ill. -- The Lewis University women's cross country team finished second at the Flyer Flames Challenge on Friday (Sept. 1). The Flyer's finished with 65 points.
Leading the way for Lewis was senior
Darby Roth (Doylestown, Penn.) who finished the 4K race with a time of 15:06.6. Senior
Juliana Stogsdill (Plainfield, Ill.) was the next Flyer to cross the finish line after recording a time of 15:07.2.
Sophomore
Madilyn Calloway (Rochester, IN/Rochester Community) was not far behind Juliana as she finished with a time of 15:27.7. Junior
Josephine Bober (Lockport, Ill./Lockport) crossed the finish line next for Lewis after recording a time of 15:42.9.
Freshman
Mary Edwards (Indianapolis, Ind./North Central) was right behind Bober after finishing the race with a time of 15:50.7. Next up for Lewis was sophomore
Kyra Flesvig (Valparaiso, Ind.) who had a time of 16:01.7.
Carly Shipman (New Lenox, Ill./Lincoln-Way Central) finished next for the Flyers after the junior crossed the finish line with a time of 16:25.5.
