BIG RAPIDS, MICH. - The Lewis University men's golf team competed in its second tournament of the year at the Midwest Regional Preview at Katke Golf Club, hosted by Ferris State University, over two days from Sept. 15-16. Ty Doty (South Elgin, Ill./South Elgin) and Gabriel Delaval (Marcq-en-Baroeul, France) both finished 51^st individually for the Flyers.

Doty shot an impressive one under par (70) in the third round with two bogies and three birdies. Delaval's second round was his best, shooting three over (74). The team finished 16^th, shooting a total of +84 across 54 holes (936). Rockhurst took home the victory, finishing at +12 for the tournament. Ashland's Mark Pillar and Gannon's Rasmus Seppanen tied for first place, shooting a total of -1 for the tournament.
