Azusa, Calif. – The Flyers had a big weekend at the Bryan Clay Invitational, picking up a national-leading mark, a school record, and several NCAA provisional performances across the board.

On the women's side, Denise Hernandez (Naperville, Ill./Naperville North HS) led the way in the long jump invitational, placing third with a mark of 6.39 meters. She currently sits at the top jump in the nation this season. Olivia Cox () showcased her versatility with personal bests across three throwing events, recording 13.43 meters in the shot put, 41.66 meters in the discus, and 46.06 meters in the hammer throw between the Bryan Clay and Cal State LA Twilight meets.

Megan Garrett () continued her strong season with NCAA provisional marks in both the steeplechase (10:36.94) and the 1,500 meters (4:28.15), with both performances ranking among the top 10 in Lewis history. Mary Edwards (Indianapolis, Ind./North Central) added to the momentum in the steeplechase, earning an NCAA provisional time of 10:32.50.

On the men's side, Levi Graham (Plainfield, Ill./Minooka) delivered a standout performance at the Mt. SAC Relays, throwing a lifetime best and new school record of 66.42 meters in the hammer throw, currently ranking sixth in the NCAA. Cody Machlet (Roselle, Ill./Geneva Community HS) recorded a lifetime best of 7.06 meters in the long jump at Bryan Clay, while Ben Saucedo (/) added personal records in both the hammer (55.27 meters) and discus (44.72 meters) across Bryan Clay and Cal State LA Twilight.

On the track, Evan Horgan (Loves Park, Ill./Belvidere North) earned an NCAA provisional mark in the 5,000 meters with a time of 13:45.06. Brendon Shea (Hershey, Pa./Hershey) continued his strong distance campaign, hitting an NCAA provisional mark in the steeplechase with a time of 9:04.65, placing him among the top 10 performers in program history.
