PERU, Ind. – The Lewis University men's golf team placed fifth at the GLVC Championships Thursday (April 23) at Rock Hollow Golf Course, missing match play by just nine strokes. The Flyers finished with a three-round total of 896 (+32).
Missouri S&T took the No. 1 seed into match play, which will take place Friday, with an 858. Missouri St. Louis was second with an 865 and Drury was third with an 870. Gaige Lewis of Drury won the individual title with a 210 (-6), while Trigg Lindahl of UMSL was second with a 211.
