BIG RAPIDS, Mich. - The Lewis University men's golf team opened its season at The Bulldog Classic, hosted by Ferris State from Sept. 14-15, finishing fourth. The Flyers shot a 54-hole total of 881 (+29) over the two days of competition. Senior
Jann Atendido (Bensenville, Ill./IC Catholic Prep) finished tied for fifth place, the best out of any Flyer.
Atendido's best round was his third, when he shot a 68 (-3). He played a 15-hole stretch at five under with three birdies and one eagle. Cedarville's Aiden Hibbard finished first individually, shooting a 210 (-3). Ferris State took first place as a team, shooting 864 (+12).
