Romeoville, Ill. – Lewis University head women's soccer coach Chris Koenig revealed their 2026 schedule on Wednesday (July 22), a 17-game slate that features a mix of nine home matches and eight road contests.

The regular season starts rolling on Aug. 27 at 5:00 p.m. at home against Cedarville. This will be the first time the Flyers and the Yellowjackets have gone head-to-head since 2018. Lewis then heads to Kenosha, Wisconsin, to wrap up the month of August with a road matchup against Wisconsin Parkside on Aug. 30.

September begins with a home contest against Roosevelt (Sept. 2) before the Flyers hit the road for back-to-back conference matches, beginning at William Jewell (Sept. 5) and traveling to Maryville (Sept. 9).

After returning to Romeoville, the Flyers will host Rockhurst on Sept. 12 before welcoming Quincy on Sept. 16. The match-up against the Hawks will mark the 31st meeting between the two programs, with the series dating back to 1998.

Lewis travels to Southwest Baptist on Sept. 19 before returning to Romeoville to host UMSL on Sept. 23.

The month of September concludes with two games as the Flyers host Drury on Sept. 26 before closing the month at McKendree (Sept. 30). The meeting with the Bearcats will serve as a rematch of last season's GLVC Tournament contest which also took place in Lebanon, Illinois. 

The schedule shifts to October with a road match-up at Lincoln (Oct. 3) before a pair of home matches against Missouri S&T (Oct. 10) and Illinois Springfield (Oct. 14).

The Flyers wrap up the regular season road slate with a trip to Truman State (Oct. 17) and Indianapolis (Oct. 21) before returning to Romeoville to host Upper Iowa on Oct. 24. 

The 2026 GLVC Women's Soccer Championships will feature the top eight teams at the end of the regular season. First-round matches will be played at campus sites on Nov. 1 before the tournament shifts to Drury for the semifinal round on Nov. 6. The championship match is scheduled for Nov. 8, with the tournament champion earning the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Championship. 

Tickets for all home matches along with a formal promotional schedule will be announced at a later date.
