Ian Disteldorf announced the 2026-27 schedules for both programs.
The Flyers open the year on Oct. 17 at Saint Ambrose in Davenport, Iowa. Last season, Disteldorf and the Flyers defeated the Fighting Bees to earn his first career win at Lewis on both the men's and women's sides.
The following week, Lewis will head downtown to take on the University of Chicago on Oct. 23. The very next day, the Flyers will travel to Crawfordsville, Ind., to race against Wabash and Davenport. The men will face both schools, while the women will race only Davenport.
Lewis returns home for the first time during the 2026-27 campaign when it takes on Hillsdale and Bethel at the Lewis Pool. The women will race both squads, while the men will race only Bethel.
On Nov. 14, the Red and White will head back to the Wolverine State to race against Grand Valley State before heading to Indianapolis from Nov. 19-21 to compete in the IU Indy House of Champions Invitational.
December begins with a trio of Division I tests for the Flyers on the women's side as they travel to Valparaiso, Ind., to race against Marquette, Butler and the host Beacons. The men's side will also make the trip to the Hoosier State but will swim only against Valpo in a dual meet that same day.
2027 begins with a trip to Wisconsin to face DePauw on Jan. 9 before returning home on Jan. 15 to battle Division I Illinois-Chicago on senior day. The Flyers' meeting against the Flames marks the first time a Division I opponent has faced Lewis at the Lewis Pool since Nov. 4, 2023, against Eastern Illinois.
The Flyers will wrap up their regular-season slate on Jan. 23 with a trip south to race against McKendree and UMSL.
The 2026-27 GLVC Swimming and Diving Championships are scheduled for Feb. 9-13 at the Deaconess Aquatic Center in Evansville, Ind. The Division II NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships are set for one month later, on March 9-13 in Indianapolis, Ind.
